Membership Fees and Refund Policy
At the Virginia End-of-Life Doula Collective, our mission is rooted in community support, education, and shared resources that sustain our work throughout the year. When you join as a member, your contribution immediately supports the programs, partnerships, workshops, and ongoing initiatives that benefit the entire collective.
Because membership benefits begin upon enrollment and because of the time, planning, and resources dedicated to every member throughout the term, all membership fees are non-refundable. By completing your membership registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We are grateful for your support and for choosing to be part of a community committed to compassionate end-of-life care.
Unverified Members
Applicants who submit incomplete membership applications, including missing credentials, certificates, or required educational documentation, will be listed as Unverified in the member directory.
Unverified status indicates that the applicant has not yet provided all materials needed to complete the verification process. Members may update their application and submit the required documentation at any time to be reviewed for verification.

Friend Membership - $25
Our Friend membership is designed for those who believe in the importance of compassionate end-of-life care and want to support our mission-even if they aren’t practicing doulas themselves. As a Friend/Ally, you become part of our caring community, helping to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and foster meaningful conversations around death and dying.
